In case you don't already know, the 72 Hour* Film Shootout is happening again... With a vengeance... Oh and with cash money on the line. If you're still just thinking about it, we want you to know that we've been listening and we've worked hard to bring you the kind of competition you've been looking for. The 3rd Annual 72 Hour* Film Shootout! is a National Competition where teams will have 72 hours to write, edit, shoot, and produce a 6 minute short film. This year's competition is happening June 9-12, 2006!

Le Grand Prize:
A chance to create an MTV World (Desi and Chi) Promo!
Cash money in the form of $1000

Third Prize

Top 3 winners:
1 on 1 pitch sessions with MTV industry executives!

The Top 15 teams will be screened at the Asian American International
Film Festival in New York on July 16th, 2006

Other awards:
Selected Films may be broadcast nationally on the MTV World Channels.
As well as other titillating awards to be announced!
